In addition to the unpowered analog output to your speakers, Fosi also included a proper 3.5mm PRE-OUT on the BT20A Pro. You can use it to connect a powered subwoofer or speaker but you can also use it as a preamp and attach it to a power amplifier. That lets you use the volume, treble and bass to control the audio, passing on all the work to the power amp. With 300W available already you may never need to make use of it. Seeing it on an amp of this cost is a very nice bonus. Watts x2 Power Output: Fosi Audio V3 is a mini HiFi class-D power amplifier that delivers a maximum power output of 600W into two channels, ensuring a powerful and high-fidelity audio experience.

Easy to set up, no special software, app, or driver to install, a true plug-and-play digital audio adapter. Notice the great channel match in addition to very good SINAD which represents noise and distortion. Same is true with 32 volt supply:

I do hope Fosi Audio have sent a model to @amirm for testing but I thought I would share my opinions in this thread in the mean time. Yamaha is the name that has been on the amplifier/receiver market for decades, if not to say, for ages. Some may smile in nostalgia, some may even scoff. But the fact is Yamaha is a samurai that faithfully follows its path no matter what. Yamaha A-S301BL shows its predecessors’ style – brave and not shy to be big and bold, definitely not trying to hide itself from view. As a true samurai this Yamaha amp is able to find balance between following new trends in home theatre niche and staying a true protector of true audiophile values. With a set of standard RCA inputs Yamaha A-S301BL supports the digit with a coaxial and an optical inputs. So your TV and Blu-ray player are covered. With the optional YBA-11 wireless adapter A-S301BL can be wirelessly connected to a Bluetooth capable audio source, like a phone or a PC. Additionally, the capabilities of the amp include an option to connect two different set of speakers and easily switch between them. Nice thing to have if you want to power up two rooms. I guess the review is out now due to embargo issues as it has just come out across Europe using the coupon or I too bought one of these for around €70, glad it wasn't a waste of money other than a slightly load-dependent frequency response (but less so than other budget class D implementations with tone controls), it seems to me you can't expect much more from a product in this price range. If you want a very reliable and trustworthy power amplifier for your sound system, A-S301BL is an option.

That aside, note how the response is more or less is flat in audible band with the treble and bass controls set to their detent, center position. How does this little budget amplifier perform? Pretty well it turns out. This tiny guy has a lot of power on tap and it can easily drive most bookshelf speakers with ease. Sure, its measurements aren’t anything to write home about but they’re perfectly acceptable for the price.Yes, the wide voltage AC 110-240V for power input can be used inany country. You only need to match the power cord adapter of the corresponding country. Here we want to give an exclusive 20%-off discount promo code for the BT20A Pro to all ASR fans. (Valid from today to April 30.) I reviewed the original BT20A last year and there are some notable differences between the two units that may just tip the scales in favor of you upgrading to the Pro version. I’ve thought a lot about how to discuss the sound of the Fosi as I think it appeals to two audiences, people who are just getting into this hifi hobby and want something cheap to start building a system with and then there are people who are like me who’ve been listening to audio their entire life and are curious how this could possibly sound good for such a cheap price.

Before I let you go Fosi Audio’s slogon on their box states that the Fosi BT20A is “Hifi Made Fun”. Is the Fosi BT20A actually fun or is it kind of boring? The BT20A Pro has a 3.5 mm pre-out on the rear of the unit that is not found on the original. This means that you can use the Pro as a preamp or connect it to a subwoofer. Note the BTA20 Pro (bottom) has the 3.5 mm Pre Out Fourth Major Difference: Bluetooth Volume Knob Connection IcePower should be better, its in another class entirely but I can’t claim that personally either. I may buy one of these just to see and compare it to my DIY IcePower amp and give the Fosi to a good home. Cheap enough experiment to see what it can do.If you are shopping for an amplifier and trying to decide between the two units, I would suggest upgrading to the BT20A Pro, for a lot of the added features mentioned above. The amp has three knobs on the front which allows you to adjust treble and bass as well as the volume. There is a metal switch that powers the unit on/off with a very small red light letting you know when the amp is powered on and blue light when bluetooth is connected.
