The Red Kazoom is an alternative to the Blue Kazoom that was used to create Kid Fury, although whether that is canon or not, as we don't see it at the end of Series 4, is ambiguous. It isn't seen until the Guardians of Kazoom Series, where Neon Blast touched it and the Blue Kazoom, releasing 6 colours, forming the Guardians of Kazoom, and turning him into Kazoom Blast.
