On my first read of the series, I was contemplating whether Tenma was actually crazy and Lunge's suspicions that he made Johan up, and that Johan is actually a part of him, were actually true.This volume ends on a cliffhanger, and I'm sad I'll have to wait a little while to read the next one! The events that unfold are so beautifully paced, in a way that by the end you have no idea what is coming next because all of your expectations were thrown out the window.
